Have you ever had a craving for something that is both savory and light?

Looking at our sesame seed crackers, a brilliant idea came to mind, and “Voilà” out came this super simple yet delicious recipe that you can make at any time with everyday ingredients.

Basics Ingredients: 

  • One tomato (any)

  • 2-3 basil leaves (more if you love them as much as we do

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt and pepper

  • One pack of Tosh sesame seed crackers

Prep Time: 10 min 

Start by prepping your ingredients:

  1. Cut your tomato into slices. You can even substitute fresh tomatoes for sun-dried tomatoes for a more decadent flavor.

  2. Wash and dry your basil

  3. Layout your tosh crackers on a plate

Now you can start putting it all together. Your first layer, our sesame seed crackers, are Non-GMO and have zero artificial colors and preservatives. Secondly, layer your tomato, one or two per cracker, depending on how big your tomatoes are. Lastly, layer your basil and top with a drizzle of olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste or leave out altogether, totally up to you.
